Matthew joined David Hill in 1986 and became a partner in 1989. Practicing in the area for 30 years Matthew is experienced in the sale and valuation of property. Matthew advises the sales and marketing of property to ensure planning opportunities are not overlooked.
Roger Harper

Reading Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Roger joined the practice in 1994, initially gaining valuable experience in a broad range of land and property based topics before specialising in the valuation and marketing of rural property and land.
James Allen BSc (Hons) MRICS

Following his placement year with David Hill in 2004 James graduated from Harper Adams University College with a honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management in 2005. Returning to the firm James became fully qualified with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2007.
James now concentrates on valuation, compensation, management and rural sales and lettings. His keen interest in the agricultural industry has led James to strengthen the rural department with progression to Partner in 2008.
Caroline Sunter BSc (Hons) MRICS
Rural Chartered Surveyor
Having graduated from Harper Adams University College with a first class degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management in 2007, Caroline went on to gain Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2009. Caroline manages the grants and subsidies department and has been involved with obtaining funding for several exciting rural development projects and large stewardship schemes. Caroline has also gained much experience in planning and development, drawing on her agricultural background to provide practical advice.
