The New Year has got off to a good start with far more interest and enquiries from prospective purchasers. The market continues to be difficult and to achieve sales properties must be realistically priced. Finance remains difficult and first time buyers are thin on the ground. However, we hope that the worst is behind us and look forward to the rest of the year with renewed optimism.
