The allotment is located off Trough Lane approximately 1.5 miles to the north of the village of Denholme. The larger towns of Keighley and Bingley lie about 5.5 miles to the north west and 5 miles to the north east respectively.

The allotment comprises a rectangular shaped plot of land extending in total to about 630 metres square with frontage and direct access to Trough Lane. The plot is bordered by a stone wall along its north and east boundary and by a post and netting fence along the south and west boundary. A small section of the western boundary requires realignment back to the road side boundary wall. There is an existing field gate into the allotment from Trough lane and a mains water supply.


From the nearby village of Denholme head north on Keighley Road (A629) for about 1.5 miles to Manywells Brow. At the Garden Centre turn left onto Trough Lane and continue for about 500 metres where the allotment can be found on the left identified by the David Hill for sale sign.
