Our Planning & Development Team are experienced in a range of application types and sizes, from stables and agricultural buildings to caravan sites and from single dwellings sites to schemes for over 100 dwellings. The Planning & Development Team work closely with our Sales team from the beginning of a project if your intention is to sell the site once planning approval is granted, with a view to achieving the best value for a site with a smooth sale.
