Planning

Site Access
The site will be accessed via a new entrance to be constructed from Skipton Road which has been approved under the above planning permission.

Directions
From Skipton head south on Keighley Road to the roundabout with the A629 and take the first exit onto the A629 signed to Keighley and Bradford. Continue for approximately 4km to the roundabout at the head of the Aire Valley dual carriageway and take the first exit to Kildwick passing over the river bridge and following the road round to the left at The White Lion pub. After about 50 metres turn left onto the old Skipton Road where the site can be found on the left. A for sale sign has been erected.
