The nearby market town of Skipton provides a more extensive range of shops and recreational activities together with excellent secondary schooling at Ermysteds and Skipton Girls High.

Description
Greenfield enjoys a delightful position within the desirable village of Bradley being set nicely back from the Main Street accessed via a private shared drive. The generous gardens adjoin neighbouring residences to three sides and an open field to the north with fine views over the village towards the surrounding open countryside.

The house was built in the 1970s by local firm Merritt & Fryers and retains many features of the period including large window openings creating a light and airy feel, maximising the wonderful views.

Although providing a good family house in its current form, there is certainly scope to modernise and improve as well as an opportunity to extend and enlarge the footprint, subject to obtaining planning permission.

The property is entered via a glazed hall through to a spacious reception hall with full height windows to the return staircase, with wrought iron balustrade and hardwood handrail leading to the first floor. There is a pleasant living room with an open fire set in a tiled surround and hearth and windows to two sides overlooking the garden. The separate dining room has a pleasant outlook over the garden and is adjacent to a well appointed kitchen linked by a useful serving hatch. The kitchen is fitted with a range of oak fronted base and wall units with laminate surfaces, twin bowl stainless inset sink and tiled splashback. Integrated appliances include a four ring electric hob with filter hood over, raised level double oven and grill and a dish washer with plumbing for a washing machine. Extractor fan and tiled floor.

A useful rear hall with external door gives way to a boiler room with Worcester oil boiler and a separate cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Accessed directly from the entrance hall is a good sized study and the double garage with up and over door and solid Maple sprung floor.

The generous first floor landing gives way to three double bedrooms and a fourth single bedroom, all benefitting from fitted wardrobes and views over the garden and countryside beyond. The well appointed house bathroom has a panelled bath, bide, WC with concealed cistern and a basin inset to a laminate surface with base storage cupboards. There is a separate tiled shower cubicle, fully tiled walls, electric shaver socket and an airing cupboard.

Outside
The shared private tarmac drive leads down from Main Street to Greenfield, where it opens into a good sized parking and turning area in front of the garage. There is a lawned garden adjacent to the drive and access paths around the house to a patio with mature planted area leading onto a lawn bordered by mature hedges.
