We understand that mains water and mains electricity (3 phase) are connected to the site. We understand a mains sewer runs in Marton Road close to the site. There is no mains gas available.


From Skipton head north west on the A65 and continue for about 2.25 miles to Gargrave and in the centre of the village opposite the 'Dalesman Cafe' turn left onto the Pennine way over the river bridge. Continue for about 150 metres turning right onto Marton Road out of the village for about 0.5 miles where the property can be found on the right. A for sale sign has been erected.
