LocationThe land is situated between the villages of Harden and Wilsden approximately 2.5 miles to the west of the town of Bingley and 6 miles north west of the City of Bradford.

The land extends in total to approximately 5.09 Hectares (12.58 acres) of mature unmanaged woodland having a westerly aspect sloping down from the quarry workings at the top to Wilsden Beck in the bottom. The land is crossed by a number of public footpaths and an overhead electricity line through part.
A rough unmade track meanders and climbs up through the northern end of the site linking Sandy Banks (a private lane off Harden Lane), with Lee Lane at the top. In its current condition the track is impassible with vehicles but could be repaired.

private unmade lane leading down to the land. For sale signs have been erected.
