From Keighley and the roundabout at Victoria Park take the exit to Riddlesden (Bradford Road B6265) and continue past East Riddlesden Hall for about 1.35 miles to the traffic lights turning left onto Swine Lane signed to East Morton. Continue over the canal bridge, round the corner onto Carr Lane and into East Morton Village, over the mini roundabout onto Hall Road. Continue past the 'Busfield Arms' turning left after about 250metres onto Green End Road and follow this for about 400 metres bearing left onto Upwood Lane. After about 250 metres turn right and follow this lane for about 120 metres where you will enter the land. For sale signs have been erected.
